Daytona Tortugas News Release
The Daytona Cubs vs. the St. Lucie Mets game scheduled for Sunday, June 24th at 4:00 p.m. has been postponed due to rain. The two teams will play a doubleheader on Monday, June 25th, with the first pitch of game one scheduled for 4:00 p.m.
The Cubs began the second half of the season with a 2-1 series win over the Clearwater Threshers at Bright House Field. Starters LHP Austin Kirk, LHP Frank Del Valle and RHP Rob Whitenack combined to throw 18 scoreless innings during those three games.

Monday's doubleheader begins a four-game series between the Cubs and Mets (Tue 10:30 a.m., Wed 6:30 p.m.) who split a four-game set at Jackie Robinson Ballpark from May 21-24. The Cubs will then return home for three games against the Dunedin Blue Jays, all scheduled for 7:05 p.m., to close out the month of June.
