BROOKLYN, N.Y. - Darwin Alvarado drove in two runs and Jayce Vancena pitched two scoreless innings during his New York-Penn League debut but the Connecticut Tigers (26-37) lost the rubber match in a three-game series with the Brooklyn Cyclones (36-30), 10-3 on Saturday night at MCU Park.
