CSN's Fall Schedule Jam-Packed with Local Sports

(LANCASTER, CA) - With the baseball season winding down, CSN is set to kick off its fall schedule featuring a full slate of Antelope Valley College football games, high school football games, coaches shows and the return of S.O.S. (Sebastian on Sports).
Fall programming commences this weekend with the broadcast of Antelope Valley College's football season opener against the College of the Canyons. The game will be tape delayed and rebroadcast on Sunday, Sept. 5 at 1 p.m. William Calvert will call all the action as the "Voice of Marauder Football". The remaining nine AVC games will air live on CSN, beginning with the Marauders' game against Santa Barbara on Sept. 11.
In addition to AVC games, Marauder fans can tune in for The Perry Jehlicka Show, which will air live Tuesdays at 7 p.m. The Marauders' head coach will break down the previous weekend's game, preview upcoming opponents and discuss the team's top performers.
"The Coaches show is a great tool for the promotion of our program," says the Marauder Head Coach. "We are one of the few community college programs that are fortunate to have this opportunity."
Local high school football fans can catch all the Golden League action on CSN throughout the fall as well. The High School Kickoff Show begins at 6 p.m. every Friday night with interviews from every coach in the Golden League. The High School Football Game-of-the-Week will air immediately following the Kickoff Show with pre-game coverage beginning at 6:45 p.m. Will Thornhill will call the play-by-play with Fred Jaramillo and Dale Billodeaux providing color commentary and Albert Villalobos serving as sideline reporter. The schedule begins with golden league powerhouse Palmdale falcons taking on Hart on Thursday September 9th.
Dan Sebastian returns with his unique brand of sports talk on S.O.S. (Sebastian on Sports), which will air live on Monday nights, beginning in October.
All games, coaches shows and S.O.S. programs will be accessible via podcast at www.jethawks.com/csn and can be downloaded on iTunes. CSN has something for every local sports fan this fall as the Sports Pulse of the Antelope Valley.
