Syracuse Crunch News Release

Syracuse, NY (July 27, 2011) - The Syracuse Crunch and the Crunch Foundation announced today the details of the 'Holick's Heroes' ticket program.

Crunch Head Coach Mark Holick has created a charity ticket program called 'Holick's Heroes' that will provide U.S. military servicemen and women and their families with Crunch game tickets, autographed Crunch merchandise and concession vouchers, courtesy of Holick. In addition, Holick will host a special meet and greet with the family and select Crunch players prior to that evening's contest.

"I think that sometimes we as a society take our freedom for granted," said Holick. "This is just a small token from my family to show our appreciation for the sacrifices made by the brave men and women of the military."

Holick and his family created the 'Holick's Heroes' program as a show of appreciation to all the servicemen and women who sacrifice each day to protect our freedom.

The Crunch Foundation continues to strive to strengthen and broaden the impact of the Syracuse Crunch in the Central New York region by providing funds to non-profit groups and by supporting educational and community programs.

Season tickets for the 2011-12 season are now on sale and can be purchased by calling the Crunch office at (315) 473-4444, or by stopping by the Crunch office in the War Memorial at Oncenter, located at 800 South State Street in downtown Syracuse. For the latest Crunch information, fans can visit the team's official website (www.syracusecrunch.com), or follow the club on Facebook (www.facebook.com/syracusecrunch) and Twitter (www.twitter.com/syracusecrunch).
