Kalamazoo Wings News Release
For the second consecutive day, the Kalamazoo Wings will battle the Reading Royals at Wings Stadium. The K-Wings won yesterday's encounter over the Royals 3-2 in overtime. After today, the teams will meet again on December 9th in Reading's last regular season appearance at Wings Stadium.
Led by a pair of goals from Mathieu Curadeau, the K-Wings extended their winning streak last night to four games. The victory keeps the K-Wings atop of the North Division standings and joins them with the Elmira Jackals and the Idaho Steelheads as the remaining undefeated teams in the ECHL.
Earning a point with the overtime loss, the Royals are now unbeaten in regulation in their last three games. Today is also the final contest of a three-game road swing for Reading, who is 1-0-1-0 thus far during the stretch.
