Kalamazoo Wings News Release
For the eighth time this season, the Kalamazoo Wings will face-off against the Port Huron Flags. Kalamazoo leads the season series against Port Huron with a record of 4-2-1; however, the Flags have skated away with two straight victories against the K-Wings.
After dropping the first two legs of a four-game road swing, Kalamazoo heads into Port Huron trying to snap a two-game losing streak. In their two losses, the K-Wings have scored a combined two goals, both of which have come off the stick of Kory Karlander, who is currently on a league and K-Wings' season high eight game goal streak.
Like Kalamazoo, Port Huron starts the night hoping to end a losing streak. The Flags hit the ice surrendering losses in four straight games. With a record of 12-7-3 at McMorran Place Arena, Port Huron has played their best hockey this year at home.
