CornBelters Individual Tickets on Sale March 31

Normal, IL - The Normal CornBelters, presented by Illinois Corn Farmers, will kick off individual ticket sales on Saturday, March 31 at 10 a.m. alongside the Town of Normal Easter Egg Hunt at the Corn Crib. The CornBelters will play their first game of the 2012 season against the Windy City ThunderBolts at the Corn Crib on Friday, May 18 at 6:30 p.m. (CEFCU Opening Night).
"You know baseball season is truly right around the corner when individual tickets go on sale," said Vice President of Fan Experiences, Zach Ziler. "We are thrilled to pair up with the annual Town of Normal Easter Egg Hunt to kick off CornBelters individual ticket sales for the upcoming All-Star season! We can't get you better seats on April 1st than what we can get you on March 31st so don't wait to visit our Box Office!" Individual tickets for CornBelters regular season home games will be available at 10 a.m. on March 31.Tickets can be purchasedin-person at the Corn Crib Box Office, by phone at 309-454-2255, or online at www.normalbaseball.com. Fans are encouraged to take this opportunity to get a head start in purchasing tickets for CEFCU Opening Night (May 18), the State Farm Frontier League All-Star Home Run Derby (Tuesday, July 10), the State Farm Frontier League All-Star Game (Wednesday, July 11) and Fan Appreciation Night (Sunday, September 2).
The Town of Normal Easter Egg Hunt will take place at the Corn Crib that same day, beginning at 11 a.m. Children ages 2-10 will flood the field and gather up thousands of Easter eggs filled with candy and prizes. Special offers for CornBelters tickets and merchandise, good for that day only, will be included in a few hundred eggs! There will also be various children's activities around the ballpark. This is a free event that is open to the public and does not require pre-registration.
