The Texas Copperheads of Arena Football 2 are happy to announce the debut of the team's official 2008 season podcast series. The first podcast features a mid season review with Texas Head Coach Ollie Guidry. The mid season review can be heard by following this direct link: http://www.txcopperheads.com/multimedia/audio/midseason.wav
Each week Copperheads Media Director Chris Ronquillo will visit with Head Coach Ollie Guidry, Texas Copperheads players or special guests. Their discussions will be posted on the team's official web site www.txcopperheads.com.
"This isn't going to be a produced or rehearsed feature" said Ronquillo. "It's going to be raw; reality podcasting so to speak. I'm going to approach this in an informal way and have some fun with it. I think it will be interesting for the fans to hear from Coach Guidry, his staff and the players as they go through their weekly routines. I may catch them at practice, in the locker room or on the field after a game. I'll try to get comments from special guests at the Berry Center on game days too."
Texas Copperheads podcasts can be accessed by visiting www.txcopperheads.com. Click the "podcast" link under the "Multimedia" drop down menu. From there, Copperheads fans will be able to choose from the most recent or archived official podcasts.
