The Albany Conquest of arenafootball2 announced today that the club's June 24th game against the Louisville Fire will feature appearances by the inflatable ZOOperstars!, Team Heelys, Radio Disney and a Tony Hawk Boom-Boom Huck Jam prize pack give-a-way. The team has dubbed the event as the "Conquest Kids Summer Bash".
"The Kids Summer Bash is our way of offering warm weather fun to Capital Region children," said VP of Communications & Marketing, Jonathan Scherzer, "and having all these activities on a Friday evening is a perfect way for families to kick off summer together."
The ZOOperstars! are a cast of inflatable animal characters based on athletes that perform entertaining routines. The ZOOperstars! have a total of over 80 years of entertainment experience and have performed for over 30 million fans in the United States, Canada, Italy, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Taiwan, and Japan. The antics of the ZOOperstars! have been highlighted on national media outlets including ESPN, ESPN2, CNN Headline News, Fox SportsNet, and the NBC Today Show, while Shark McGwire even appeared in a national Nike ad.
The game will also feature appearances by Radio Disney with games prizes and their magical "Fun Factory" Show hosted by Phil N. Good along with your chance to register for lunch at the ESPN Zone in New York City. Team Heelys will be on hand with demonstrations and one-of-a-kind sneaker with wheels give-a-ways!
There will be a Tony Hawk Boom-Boom Huck Jam prize pack give-a-way including four V.I.P. tickets to the July 31st Pepsi Arena event with the opportunity to hang out in the exclusive rehearsal party and a skateboard courtesy of Goldstock's Sporting Goods in Scotia. 102.3 KISS FM will stop by the Upstate GMC Dealers pre-game block party with prizes and free samples of Mike & Ike candies.
