
Connecticut Sun To Host Second Annual Tip-Off Breakfast

UNCASVILLE, Conn. (May 27, 2009) - The Connecticut Sun will host its second annual Tip-Off Breakfast on Thursday, June 4th at the Mohegan Sun Convention Center.
Held from 8-9 a.m., the Tip-Off Breakfast will be the first chance for fans to meet the 2009 Connecticut Sun roster. Sun head coach Mike Thibault, general manager Chris Sienko and the team will share their plans and goals for the upcoming season while enjoying time with the fans.
"With the great success of the inaugural event, we are very excited to be hosting the Tip-Off Breakfast for the second season," Sienko said. "It is an excellent opportunity for fans to meet the team up close and to hear first hand our perspective on the season, all while raising money for the Connecticut Sun Foundation."
Tickets for the event are $50 and are going fast. Tables of 10 can also be purchased for $500. Be one of the first to get to know the newest members of the Connecticut Sun. The Connecticut Sun Foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of Connecticut's youth by supporting athletic and educational endeavors.
