Connecticut Sun Announce Revolution Basketball Training as Its Official Youth Skills Development Partner

Uncasville, CT - Today, the Connecticut Sun announced Revolution Basketball Training (RBT) as its "Official Youth Skills Development" Partner. As part of the partnership, RBT will run Connecticut Sun skills clinics at their Manchester and Milford locations.
"Revolution Basketball Training is excited to be the official skill development partner of the Connecticut Sun. Being affiliated with the WNBA is a great example of how sport can define and celebrate the current and next generation of female athletes," said Mike Welsh, Co-owner of Revolution Basketball Training. "We look forward collaborating with the Connecticut Sun to provide opportunities for athletes of all ages to engage with basketball skill development. Revolution Basketball Training supports and trains many thriving female basketball athletes in our state and to that end is keenly aligned with the Connecticut Sun's commitment to champion equality, strive for inclusion, and support growth in women's sports."
The first of the Connecticut Sun Basketball skills clinics held in conjunction with RBT will be on April 22, 2023 at RBT's Manchester location (1412 Tolland Turnpike, Manchester, CT 06042). Girls and boys, grades 3-8, will have access to high level instruction, split into two sessions-session one will be grades 3-5 and session two will be grades 6-8. Attendees will have the opportunity to grow their skills with the help of a Connecticut Sun player. Registration for each clinic will be $45 per player, and every participant will receive a Connecticut Sun Basketball Skills Clinic t-shirt.
