Connecticut Sun Announce 2022 Preseason Schedule

Uncasville, CT - The Connecticut Sun will host the Atlanta Dream for its one preseason game, ahead of the 2022 campaign.
The Sun will tip-off against the Dream at Mohegan Sun Arena on Sunday, May 1 at 1:00 P.M. EST., before facing the New York Liberty at Barclays Center in their season-opener on Saturday, May 7 at 6:00 P.M. EST.
The preseason game will be the first meeting between the two teams since they closed out the 2021 WNBA regular season, where the Connecticut Sun picked up its 14th straight win, 84-64, setting the league's longest win streak to end a regular season.
Connecticut's home opener will be Saturday, May 14 vs. the Los Angeles Sparks at 7:00 P.M. EST. During opening night, the Sun will celebrate the organization's 20th Anniversary, as well as honor the career of Connecticut Sun and WNBA legend, Ashja Jones.

Connecticut returns its key players from the 2021 season, including WNBA MVP Jonquel Jones and WNBA Most Improved Player Brionna Jones. The Sun will also feature 2021 All-Stars DeWanna Bonner and Courtney Williams, as well as WNBA Coach of the Year, Curt Miller.
