CONDORSTOWN, Calif. - The Bakersfield Condors announced today that the team has signed D Mikael Tam to an American Hockey League (AHL) contract for the 2016-17 season. For an updated roster tracker, click here.

TAM - stats 25 years old, 5'11", 205 lbs., Quebec City, Quebec

Enters fifth pro season in 2016-17 after spending last season with Sparta Sarpsborg (Norway)Previous time in the AHL included 34 games (1g-6a-7pts) with Lake Erie in 2013-14 and 19 games (0g-1a-1pt) in Worcester in 2012-13Played five seasons in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) with the Quebec Remparts In 318 games with the Remparts, he registered 140 points (53g-87a)
