Bakersfield Condors News Release

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The Bakersfield Condors, official ECHL affiliate of the Anaheim Ducks, have announced that several of the team's white game-worn jerseys from the 2008-09 season will be reposted online for re-bidding. Proceeds from the auction benefit the Active 20/30 club, an organization that provides support to local children with special needs.

The white jerseys (pictured right) feature the Condors crest located front and center on the chest. The jersey also contains a thick burgundy stripe beginning at the shoulder and ending at the wrist of each sleeve and a cream stripe that runs from the top of the chest down the length of each arm.

The jerseys have the last name of each player in burgundy on the back just above the player's number, also in Condors burgundy. Each game worn jersey comes complete with sponsor patches, "fight strap," as well as scuffs and abrasions that come throughout the course of a season.

Bidding on the remaining jerseys will start at $250, though each specific jersey features a "Buy It Now" option to immediately claim the jersey for $400. The auction will formally end on Friday, May 15 in the afternoon. To bid on a season-worn Condors jersey, visit www.eBay.com and type "Bakersfield Condors Jersey" in the search box or click here.

Please note that there may be a short delay between when the auction goes live and when the eBay search is able to locate the auction item.
