Condors Earn Home Ice in Round One of Kelly Cup Playoffs

BAKERSFIELD, CA - The Bakersfield Condors will host the Long Beach Ice Dogs, in the Best 4 out of 7 games, first round of the ECHL Kelly Cup Playoffs. Game One is Tuesday, April 11th, followed by Game Two on Friday, April 14th, both in Bakersfield at Rabobank Arena. Doors open at 6:00pm, puck drops at 7:00pm. The first round is sponsored by KGET-TV 17 and The New AT&T.

On Tuesday, everyone in attendance will receive a Condors Blackout Rally Towel, PLUS all fans are encouraged to wear black to Blackout the Ice Dogs.

On Friday, the first 2,000 fans in attendance will receive a Condors Blackout Rally Towel. Plus join OBI-Won Kenobi, C3PO and the rest of the Galactic Empire as characters from Star Wars land in Condorstown. Again, all fans are encouraged to wear black attire to Blackout the Ice Dogs.

After the game on Tuesday, stop by the Holiday Inn Select Autograph Booth behind section 108 and have your Nightly Notes autographed by Dave Bonk and Brian Collins. On Friday, come see Joel Irving and Brian Swiniarski at the booth after the game.

Playoff ticket packages are now available including the Condors Playoff Family Pack, which includes: 1 game ticket, 1 hot dog, 1 soda and 1 Nightly Note for all four first-round playoff games starting for as low as $36 Also, fans may purchase tickets for all prospective playoff games in attendance. Individual playoff game tickets are now on sale and may be purchased through the Rabobank Arena Box Office, which is open 10am - 6pm Monday through Friday and 10am - 4pm on Saturdays with extended hours on game days. Tickets may also be purchased by phone at 322-2525, online at www.bakersfieldcondors.com, or at any Ticketmaster location.

Game Three, Four and Five (if necessary) of Round One will be held in Long Beach on Friday, April 14th, Saturday, April 15th and Sunday, April 16th. Games Six and Seven, if necessary, will be held back in Bakersfield on Friday, April 21st and Saturday, April 22nd.
