Comets Release 2005 Preseason Schedule

HOUSTON â The Houston Comets will open a three-game preseason slate at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 5 vs. the Washington Mystics at Toyota Center, which was announced today by the WNBA as part of the 2005 league preseason schedule.
The Comets will remain at home to host the Connecticut Sun on May 12, before traveling to Fort Mill, SC to face the Charlotte Sting on May 16 at the Bobcats Basketball Center.
Individual game tickets to the Comets two home preseason games will go on sale Saturday, April 16. Individual game tickets for the regular season will go on sale at a later date. To purchase season tickets, mini-plans or group tickets for the 2005 Houston Comets, call (713) 627-WNBA or go online at www.houstoncomets.com.
The Comets tip off the 2005 regular season against the Silver Stars on May 21 at San Antonio. Houston returns to Toyota Center on May 22 to open the home schedule vs. the Minnesota Lynx.
