Colts, Roadrunners to Play Doubleheader in August

Fort Worth, Texas --- The San Angelo Colts announced Sunday they will play a doubleheader against the Edinburg Roadrunners on Saturday, August 3 at Foster Field.
The doubleheader makes up for the July 18 rain out, and it begins a five-game series that will run through Tuesday, August 6. San Angelo and Edinburg will play two seven-inning games on August 3, starting at 6:05 p.m. Gates open at 5:05 p.m.
August 3 is Dr Pepper Giveaway Night. The first 500 fans in attendance will receive a giveaway, courtesy of Dr Pepper.
The Colts are in Fort Worth to begin a seven-game road trip against the Cats and the Edinburg Roadrunners. The Colts return home for their last 12-game home stand of the regular season on Tuesday, July 30.
