San Angelo Colts News Release
San Angelo, Texas --- The San Angelo Colts announced Tuesday they have activated righthander Chad Nading, and placed infielder K.C. Judge on the Inactive List.
Nading will be the starter for game two of Tuesday's doubleheader against the Fort Worth Cats. The 24-year-old Alaskan suffered a rib injury in his first start on May 27, and he went on the Inactive List on the next day.
This season Nading has a 3.00 earned-run average in two games and one start. He has struck out three batters, walked one and hit another.
In order to make room for Nading on the active roster, the Colts also de-activated Judge. The 23-year-old rookie has a .333 batting average with an RBI in eight games split between San Angelo and the Abilene Prairie Dogs.
The Colts' seven-inning doubleheader against the Fort Worth Cats begins at 6:05 p.m. It is a $2 Tuesday, sponsored by Budweiser. General admission tickets, hot dogs, sodas, longneck beers, peanuts and popcorn are only $2, courtesy of Budweiser. Gates open at 5:05 p.m.
The Colts are a member of United League Baseball who are in their 13th season. Tickets are on sale now, and available at the Colts' front office at Foster Field.
