
Colorado Eagles Nominated for Several Honors

WINDSOR, Colo. - The Colorado Eagles have been nominated for several league honors following their first season in the ECHL, the results of which will be announced at the league's upcoming meetings in Las Vegas, Nev. from June 20-22.
The organization and its members have been named as finalist for the following awards/honors: ECHL Marketing Department of the Year, ECHL Executive of the Year (Chris Stewart), ECHL Ticket Executive of the Year (Chris Augusto) & ECHL Media Relations Executive of the Year (JP Puma).
"It's a great honor for everyone in our organization to be nominated for these awards, and it's always special to be recognized & respected by your peers," said Eagles President, Chris Stewart. "Although many of the awards have individual's names attached to them, they would be the first to tell you that the honors are representative of a group effort that speaks to the performance of our entire staff."
The annual conferences are attended by representatives from teams across the league, as well as industry experts, and allow for the sharing of ideas and trends from throughout the industry, including ticket sales, marketing, communications & more. In addition, league guidelines and rules will be discussed during the Board of Governors meetings.
The Colorado Eagles will be celebrating their 10th anniversary season in 2012-13, highlighted by the hosting of the league's All-Star festivities in January. A complete schedule can be found at www.ColoradoEagles.com.
