College Park Pours in Season-High 132 Points in Victory against Maine Celtics

College Park, Georgia. - The College Park Skyhawks (16-17) took the second of a two-game set against the Maine Celtics (20-13), netting a season-high 132 points in a 132-122 victory.

Seth Lundy poured in his third career 30-point contest, collecting a game-high 30 points (12-24 FGM, 5-12 3FGM), eight rebounds, three assists and one block in 33 minutes.

Jordan Bowden was not far behind Lundy, who tied his season-high with 28 points, adding three assists, three rebounds and one steal in 27 minutes off the bench. Bowden knocked down five triples (5-9 3FGM), marking his sixth game of the season with five-or-more threes.

Bowden and Lundy became the third College Park duo to net 25-or-more points each this season, joining the pairs of Kobe Bufkin (29 points) and Chris Silva (26 points) on 12/29, and Miles Norris (35 points) and Kobe Bufkin (31 points) on 1/24.

Bowden (28 points), Rob Baker (22 points), Brandon Randolph (16 points), Jarkel Joiner (four points) and Emmitt Matthews Jr. (two points) combined for 72 bench points, the most points scored off the bench in College Park history.

The Skyhawks found themselves down 39-37 after the first quarter, in which Chris Silva notched his eighth quarter of the regular season with 10+ points, finishing with 11.

Maine and College Park continued the hot shooting into the second quarter, finding themselves deadlocked at 73 points to head into halftime.

The 73 first half points marked the most points scored in a half for College Park since March 8th, 2023, against the Westchester Knicks.

With neither team able to pull away, Maine took a slight 96-94 advantage into the fourth quarter thanks to a seven-point quarter from Joe Wieskamp.

The Skyhawks and Celtics continued to trade baskets well into the fourth quarter, until a 10-2 College Park run from 4:07 to 2:20 pushed the lead to double-digits, marking the biggest lead of the night for either team. The Skyhawks would close the game out 132-122, with Bowden and Baker combining for 24 of College Park's 38 fourth quarter points.

Drew Peterson tallied his second triple-double of the year behind 20 points, a career-high 15 rebounds and 13 assists, adding three steals in 40 minutes. Joe Wieskamp (28 points) and Jordan Walsh also joined Peterson with 20+ points.

The Skyhawks will take on the Long Island Nets for 'Fan Appreciation Night' presented by Aaron's on March 30 at 6:30 p.m. for the season finale. Fans can visit to secure their seats now for the final home stretch.
