San Antonio Brahmas quarterback Jack Coan, St. Louis Battlehawks defensive tackle LaCale London and St. Louis Battlehawks kicker Donny Hageman were named the OurSports Central XFL Offensive Player, Defensive Player and Unsung Hero of the Week, respectively, for week two of the XFL season.

Coan completed 16-of-24 passes for 165 yards and three touchdowns and added 23 yards rushing in the Brahmas' 30-12 victory over the Orlando Guardians. Coan played at Wisconsin from 2017 to 2020 and Notre Dame in 2021. In his final college season, he led the Fighting Irish to an 11-2 record, passing for 3,150 yards, 25 touchdowns and seven interceptions.

Here is one of Coan's touchdown passes to Deon Yelder in the first quarter:

Honorable mention for the second week in a row is Houston Roughnecks quarterback Brandon Silvers who completed 14 of 28 passes for 173 yards and two touchdowns in their 23-14 win over the Arlington Renegades.

On the defensive side of the ball, London finished with three tackles and two forced fumbles in the Battlehawks' 20-18 victory over the Seattle Sea Dragons.

London played college football at Western Illinois. He spent the entire 2020 season on the Chicago Bears practice squad, and played in one Bears game during the 2021 season.

Honorable mention goes to Battlehawks defensive tackle Kevin Atkins who had one tackle and two fumble recoveries.

After connecting on just one-of-three field goal attempts, Hageman connected on a winning 44-yard field goal on the game's final snap to provide the winning margin for the Battlehawks.

Hageman kicked at San Diego State and later played for the Arena Football League's Los Angeles KISS in 2016 and the Alliance of American Football's San Diego Fleet in 2019.

Hageman's game-winning field goal gave the Battlehawks two come-from-behind victories to start the XFL season:

Grabbing an honorable mention nod is D.C. Defenders quarterback D'Eriq King who ran for 32 yards with a 12-yard scoring burst in D.C.'s 18-6 victory. Entering the game after halftime, King spearheaded a pair of fourth-quarter touchdown drives and kept the Vegas Vipers' defense on its heels most of the second half.
