(LAREDO, TX) â Laredo Bucks today announced that Classic Hits 94.9 "The New Qure 94.9 FM," an Amigo Broadcasting station, will be the official broadcasting radio station for the Laredo Bucks' 2003-2004 season.
"The Laredo Bucks organization is delighted to partner with Amigo Broadcasting to bring Big Game Hockey action into the cars and homes of all Laredoans. Although selecting just one broadcast partner is a difficult endeavor, Amigo Broadcasting seems a natural fit due to their enthusiastic staff, past support, and vast audience reach. Amigo Broadcasting has 100,000 watts and reaches a 100-mile radius from Pearsall, Texas to the Rio Grande Valley," said Marc Solis, vice-president-business operations, Laredo Bucks.
Amigo Broadcasting will air over Classic Hits 94.9 "The NEW QURE FM" all of the Bucks' pre-season, regular season and post-season home and road games during the 2003-2004 CHL Hockey season. Each game will be aired "live" in its entirety. Other terms terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

The Bucks' second season begins October 18th in Corpus Christi, the Bucks' first home game on Friday, October 24th at the Laredo Entertainment Center.
