Christian Abrams Announces Commitment to Elmira College

The Aberdeen Wings are proud to announce that defenseman Christian Abrams has announced his commitment to play Division III Hockey for Elmira College.

The 21-year-old has spent two seasons with the Wings; in that time, Abrams played in 104 games and had a total of 26 points and a +/- of +55.

Elmira College ended the 2020-2021 season with a 10-4-1 record and won the United College Hockey Conference Tournament Title.

Abrams made the announcement via Twitter today.

"I'm happy to announce my commitment to Elmira College to further my education & hockey career!! Thank you so much to all my coaches, friends & family members for all the help along the way! It's been a crazy ride but I'm glad to call this place home for the next 4!! #goeagles"

"Christian was a very simple, reliable defenseman that prided himself on shutting down his opponent," Wings head coach and general manager Scott Langer said.

Elmira College is a private, coeducational, Phi Beta Kappa college located in Elmira, New York. They play NCAA DIII Hockey out of the UCHC.
