Chivas USA Trade Forward Juan Agudelo

CARSON, Calif. (Tuesday, May 7, 2013) - Chivas USA announced today that the club has agreed to trade forward Juan Agudelo to the New England Revolution in exchange for allocation money. Per club and league policy terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Agudelo was acquired by the Rojiblancos last season on May 17 in a trade with the New York Red Bulls. He made 20 starts in 26 appearances for the Rebaño Angelino, recording five goals and four assists. The 20-year-old Colombia native, who also holds a US passport, is in his forth MLS season.

Chivas USA would like to thank Agudelo for his efforts and participation with the Rebaño Angelino.
