Chiefs Announce Upcoming Promotions

Syracuse, NY - The Syracuse Chiefs will be back in action on Thursday, June 13 when the team hosts the Toledo Mud Hens (Detroit Tigers affiliate) at NBT Bank Stadium in the first game of a four-game series.

Fans are invited to check out child health and safety displays that will be set up on the concourse during the game on Thursday, June 13 for Safe Kids Upstate NY Night presented by United Healthcare Community Plan. The displays will be open to the public beginning at 6:00pm when the gates open for the 7:00pm game. Fans can also purchase Reserved tickets to the game for $9 each (regular price $12) by showing their Price Chopper AdvantEdge Card at the ticket office as part of Price Chopper AdvantEdge Card Night. Couples can purchase a special Date Night ticket package for the game that includes two Field Box tickets and a $25 gift card (a $53 value) for only $45.

Friday, June 14 will be the first Chiefs Stockholders Night of the year. First pitch is scheduled for 7:00pm and complimentary Reserved tickets have been mailed to all Chiefs stockholders. A reception for stockholders will be held on the first base patio during the game; admission to the reception is only $10 per stockholder. There will also be an Autograph Session before the game with a Chiefs player scheduled to sign free autographs in Whistlestop Souvenirs from 6:15pm until 6:30pm. A Chiefs victory will mean coupons for fans thanks to Chiefs Win, You Win presented by Pole Position Raceway. If the Chiefs defeat the Mud Hens on Friday all fans in attendance will receive a coupon from Pole Position Raceway in Destiny USA. Friday's game will also feature the first ever Miss Chiefsville Pageant as Miss Syracuse Nina Davuluri will be in attendance to sign autographs and help judge the pageant.

A spectacular Fireworks Show will follow the 7:00pm game on Saturday, June 15. Fans can purchase a special ticket package that includes the opportunity to watch the post-game display from the best seats in the house - THE PLAYING FIELD. The package includes seven (7) vouchers redeemable in any quantity for Field Box tickets to any Chiefs home game featuring post-game fireworks this season. The cost of the package is only $155 and can be purchased by calling the ticket office at 315-474-7833. There will also be an Autograph Session before the game with a Chiefs player scheduled to sign free autographs for fans in Whistlestop Souvenirs from 6:15pm until 6:30pm. Also, to celebrate Worldwide Day of Giving, a baseball equipment drive will be held at the game to collect new and gently used baseball equipment to benefit the Limbe' Baseball Academy in Cameroon, an organization supported by the International Baseball Federation. In addition, the first 500 fans through the stadium gates will receive a coupon from the New York Lottery and lottery tickets will be sold on the concourse during the game for New York Lottery Night.

The series will conclude with a 2:00pm contest on Father's Day, Sunday, June 16. Fans are invited to enjoy a pre-game All-You-Can-Eat picnic from 11:30am until 1:30pm. Admission to the picnic is only $19 per person ($9 for children 5 & younger), which includes a Field Box or Reserved game ticket. Fans that already hold tickets to the game can purchase admission to the picnic only for $10. There will also be an Autograph Session before the game with a Chiefs player scheduled to sign free autographs for fans in Whistlestop Souvenirs from 1:15pm until 1:30pm. Children ages 12 and younger can get free food at all Sunday home games by registering for the Chiefs' free kids club, the Knot Hole Gang. Parents can register their children online at SyracuseChiefs.com or at Stadium Guest Services on the concourse behind home plate. Knot Hole Gang Day includes a free Hofmann hot dog, drink provided by Coca-Cola, and ice cream provided by Perry's for all members, plus free face painting on the concourse compliments of Funology 101. Kids and their dads will be allowed to run the bases on the field after the game in celebration of Father's Day.
