Chiefs Announce Game Date Change

JOHNSTOWN, Pa. - The Johnstown Chiefs, ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Colorado Avalanche and Columbus Blue Jackets, and the AHL's Lake Erie Monsters and Syracuse Crunch, announced today a date change for one of their away games in February.

The game originally scheduled for Sunday, March 1, 2009 at the Florida Everblades has been changed to Saturday, February 28, 2009. The game has been rescheduled due to arena availability at Germain Arena, home of the Everblades. Faceoff for the Saturday, February 28 game is set for 7:30 p.m. ET.

Mark your calendars, the Chiefs are back on home ice on Friday, February 13 as they take on the Reading Royals at 7:05. The game will feature the Chiefs Team Poster Giveaway sponsored by the US Army.
