Chico Outlaws Announce Change of Venue of Four July Games

CHICO- The Chico Outlaws announced today that their July 19th and 20th doubleheaders versus Maui have been moved from Lodi, CA to Bihler Field in Orland, CA. The scheduled game time for each day is 5:00 p.m. for the first game and the second game will begin a half hour after the first game ends. Both doubleheaders consist of two seven inning games.
All Chico Outlaws ticket vouchers, unused tickets, season tickets, and mini plan tickets will be honored at the games. Tickets can be purchased at the gate as well, and will be $5 for adults, $2 for children under twelve, and free admission 5 and under. A portion of the proceeds will go to Orland High School.
There are limited bleacher seats available, so be sure to bring your lawn chairs or blankets for great baseball under the lights. Also, no need to worry about parking as it is free for both nights at Bihler Field in Orland!
Former Chico Outlaws right handed pitcher Evan White, currently the head baseball coach at Orland High School, will pitch game two on July 20th. The Corning, CA native played for the Outlaws in 2009. In his final game with Chico, he went out with a bang; pitching a complete game while only giving up two runs on six hits. Last year, White pitched well for the Edmonton Capitals; he showed off his command of the strike zone by only walking 22 batters in 72.2 innings on his way to a 4.46 ERA.
