Chicago Fire FC News Release
CHICAGO - Chicago Fire FC has been awarded the Club's first ever Regional Emmy Award in the category of "Outstanding Crafts Achievement for Graphics Arts/Motion Graphics/ Art Direction/Set Design" as a part of the 64th annual Chicago Midwest Regional Emmy Awards.
Manager of Video and Creative Services, Blake Evaristo, and former Director of Video and Creative Services, Justin Hubler, were the main recipients of the award for their work on various video and graphic design projects. The Club submitted a compilation of projects to represent their scope of work between June 2021-June 2022 including:
"Great animation always starts with stellar design," Evaristo shared. "I want to give a big shoutout to Grant Apgar and the design team for creating a brand that lends itself to be emotive through motion graphics. Whether on broadcast, social media, or in stadium at the games, seeing our work out in the community is always an amazing feeling. It's been a great year working with the content team, and it was an honor to learn and grow under the direction of fellow motion designer Justin Hubler during his time with the Club. I am so grateful for the incredibly talented team we have here and we aim to continue this level of animation going forward."
The other finalists in the category include Impact Networking, Marquee Sports Network, Chicago Booth Review.
