Charlotte FC Trio Earn National Team Call-Ups
October 9, 2023 - Major League Soccer (MLS)
Charlotte FC News Release
Charlotte FC has temporarily halted their regular season matches due to the return of the international break. During this break, three Charlotte players have been selected to represent their respective countries: Jere Uronen, Bill Tuiloma, and Karol Swiderski.
Jere Uronen and Karol Swiderski are set to cross the Atlantic and join their national teams, Finland and Poland, as they continue their EURO 2024 qualifying campaigns. Poland is scheduled to face off against the Faroe Islands and Moldova, while the Finnish team will take on Slovenia and Kazakhstan. Positive outcomes in these matches could potentially secure a spot for either team in EURO 2024, which is the premier continental competition in Europe.
