Cleveland Charge News Release
The Canton Charge, presented by SecureData 365 and powered by the Cleveland Cavaliers, have waived forward Jordan Swing (6'6", 200, UAB), the team announced today. The roster now stands at 11, with 10 active players and one inactive player.
Swing played in 11 games this season for Canton, averaging 4.0 points on .455 shooting with 1.8 rebounds and 0.8 assists in 13.8 minutes per game. He originally came to training camp with the Charge via local open tryouts.
Canton will next participate in the inaugural NBA D-League Showcase Cup, where they will face the host Santa Cruz Warriors (Golden State Warriors affiliate) on Thursday, January 15th at 10:00 p.m. The Charge will return home for School Day with an anti-bullying theme on Wednesday, January 21st at 11:00 a.m. against the Delaware 87ers (Philadelphia 76ers affiliate)!
