
Charge Get Back to .500 with Win Over Skyforce

The Canton Charge earned their second straight victory with a 104-95 win over the Sioux Falls Skyforce at the Canton Memorial Civic Center on Friday night. The win got Canton back to .500 at 5-5 on the year, while Sioux Falls fell to 4-7. The victory also evened the season series between the two teams at a win apiece.
Canton shot .527 from the field with every player in uniform getting in the scoring column. Six Charge players scored double-digit points contributing in the winning effort. Canton is now 5-0 this season when they score over 100 points.
The Charge led closely throughout most of the first half, trailing by two early on, but took a five-point lead into the break. They pulled ahead in the third quarter, outscoring the Skyforce 30-14 for an 88-67 advantage heading into the final period. The 14 points allowed in third was the lowest total for any Charge opponent in a quarter this season. Sioux Falls came within seven late in the final period on a 28-14 run, but were never able to get any closer.
In his first game with the Charge since December 7th after a stint in training camp with the Cleveland Cavaliers, Tyrell Biggs poured in 23 points and added 7 rebounds. Dante Milligan tallied his fourth double-double of the season with 14 points and 17 boards. Milligan came into the contest fourth in the D-League in rebounds per game, averaging 10.1.
T.J. Campbell had his first career D-League double-double with 15 points and a season-high 10 assists. Antoine Agudio scored in double-digits for the third straight game with his 13 points on 4-of-5 shooting and 2-of-3 from three-point range. Agudio came into the contest second in the D-League in three-point field goal percentage at .556.
Sioux Falls was paced by Anthony Mason Jr.'s 23 points and six rebounds. Dominique Coleman had a strong all-around effort with 12 points, seven rebounds, eight assists and five steals. Will Pratt came off of the bench to add 14 points for the Skyforce.
The Charge will play their second game of a four-game homestand on Tuesday when they host the Maine Red Claws at 7:00 p.m. Sioux Falls will return home for a Christmas Day matchup with the Springfield Armor on Sunday night.
