Frisco, TX – Chan Ho Park is scheduled to make his pitching debut as a RoughRider on Monday, May 12th at the 1:30 p.m. game. Park, who returned to Texas on Thursday, is preparing for a rehabilitation assignment at the Dr Pepper/Seven Up Ballpark.

"This may be just what the doctor ordered," said RoughRiders President and General Manager Mike McCall. "What better place to rehab than the best minor league ballpark in America? The RoughRiders are looking forward to having him here. These are the types of benefits that come from being associated with the Rangers, and our fans are thrilled," added McCall.

Park has been on the disabled list with a lower back strain and is eligible to come off the disabled list next week. He spent last week in Surprise, Ariz., at the Rangers' extended spring-training camp working with advance scout Mel Didier.

Park pitched twice, once going five innings and once going seven innings, in extended spring games. The Rangers instructed him to concentrate on his fastball and work on improving his command.

Park walked 21 and hit six batters in 27 2/3 innings before being put on the disabled list April 28.

Also on rehabilitation - Todd Greene is scheduled to join Frisco on Monday and is expected to play catcher and first base. Greene, on the disabled list with a strained right hamstring, could join the Rangers on Thursday in Boston.
