(Central Islip, N.Y., October 8, 2004) - The Long Island Ducks today announced the arrival of the team's 2004 Atlantic League Championship gear, available now by logging on to www.liducks.com and clicking on the merchandise icon located on the right hand side of the site's front page.
Men's and women's t-shirts, crews and hooded sweatshirts are all in stock. At present, purchase is available by Internet only, so log on today to get first crack at all of the duds commemorating the franchise's first league championship.
The Long Island Ducks, 2004 Atlantic League Champions, play their home games at Citibank Park and just completed their fifth anniversary season of play in the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball. They have filled their ballpark to over 100 percent capacity for five consecutive seasons and are one of the most successful minor league franchises in the country.
