CF Montréal to Host Santos Laguna on February 22 at Olympic Stadium

MONTREAL - CF Montréal announced on Friday the schedule for the 2022 Concacaf Champions League Round of 16 matches against Mexican club Santos Laguna. The first leg in Torréon will be played on Tuesday, February 15 at 10pm ET, followed by the return leg of this aggregate goal series in Montreal on Tuesday, February 22 at 8:30pm ET.

All 2022 Members will receive tickets to this deciding match at the Olympic Stadium. 2022 season tickets are now on sale, starting at $35 per month, and include all regular season home games. Holiday packages are also available which include tickets to the MLS home opener in Montreal on March 5 and complementary Club tuques.
Individual tickets for the match will go on sale in January 2022.
The two clubs will meet for a second time in their shared Champions League history. Prior to joining MLS, Montreal faced the Torreón-based side in the quarterfinal stage of the 2009 tournament. Following a 2-0 home victory on February 25 at the Olympic Stadium, the Club suffered a 5-2 loss in the return leg, in Mexico, on March 5.
The Champions League quarterfinals will be played between March 8-10 and March 15-17, while the semifinals will take place between April 5-7 and April 12-14. The tournament final will be held between April 26-28 and May 3-5. The winning club will earn a berth to the 2022 FIFA Club World Cup as Concacaf's representative.
Please note kickoff times are determined by Concacaf, i.e., 6pm, 8pm and 10pm for the first leg, and 6pm, 8:30pm and 10:30pm for the second leg (kickoff 30 minutes later than the first leg in the event of extra time and penalty kicks, in order to avoid overlapping matches).
