
Cavalry FC Travel to Portland, OR for Pre-Season Camp

Calgary, AB - Cavalry FC of the Canadian Premier League will be travelling to Portland, Oregon over the span of a 10-day training camp in preparation for the upcoming 2023 Season.
Over the 10-day trip, the squad will be training daily as they look ahead to the upcoming season. Training sessions will be based at the University of Portland and the club will be taking part in friendlies behind closed doors as they build to the upcoming season.
On March 18th Cavalry FC will face MLS Next Pro side Tacoma Defiance (formerly known as Seattle Sounders FC 2), then the Portland Pilots of the University of Portland on March 22nd.
The squad will return to Calgary on March 23rd and partake in two additional friendlies before the start of the 2023 Canadian Premier League Regular Season. On April 3rd, Cavalry FC will face Valour FC, followed by FC Tigers Vancouver on April 8th.
Cavalry's season opener will be at Tim Horton's Field versus Forge FC on April 15th. The club then travels west to Vancouver Island for a double header against Pacific FC in the Canadian Championship on April 20th and league fixture three days later. Cavalry FC will return to Calgary to host their home opener against Valour FC on April 30th on ATCO Field at Spruce Meadows.
