Cavalry FC News Release
Calgary, AB - Canadian Premier League Regular Season champions Cavalry FC is set to host a 'Pick Your Price' match in support of minor soccer initiatives in the community.
Fans will have access to any seat in the house regardless of whether they purchase a $15, $25 or $35 ticket, when the Cavs play Vancouver FC on April 23 in the preliminary round of the TELUS Canadian Championship.
A percentage of proceeds from each ticket will support young players - the more you pay, the higher the donation.
It's also a chance for fans on tighter budgets to watch CPL soccer in action at a discounted price.
"We're thrilled to be returning to ATCO Field for the first time in 2024 with our amazing supporters," said Alison O'Keefe Weibe, who heads Ticket Sales and Sponsorship.
"We wanted to start the season by giving back to the community and we thought a 'Pick Your Price' format was a fun way to let fans choose how much they would like to donate, while also seeing the Cavs in action."
If Cavalry beats fellow CPL side Vancouver FC on the 23rd they will face Major League Soccer giants Vancouver Whitecaps FC in May.
The TELUS Canadian Championship kicks off with Cavalry FC hosting Vancouver FC on April 23rd at 7:00p.m. MT. Tickets are available now via Cavalry FC's website.
Cavalry FC will host Pacific FC on April 28th in the clubs 2024 CPL Regular Season home opener on ATCO Field at Spruce Meadows, with tickets available now.
