Moncton Wildcats News Release
A pair of first period power play goals by Mark Barberio and Allain Saulnier gave the Wildcats a 2-0 lead after 20 minutes.
In the second Hrivik scored to give the Cats at 3-0 lead, Malka scored for the Titan to make it 3-1 before David Savard put Moncton in front 4-1 after 40 minutes.
Bathurst narrowed the count to 4-2 at 1:27 of the third on Remi Blanchard's goal, then got to within one of the Wildcats at 5:49 with Julien Tremblay's power play shot.
The Wildcats outshot the Titan 35-22.
Moncton's next game will be Thursday night at the Coliseum in Round Four of the Rivalry Cup.
