Legends Restaurant will be serving food starting at 5, the Coliseum doors will swing wide open at 6 and the puck will drop at 7.
The Sea Dogs lead the Rivalry Cup race 5.5 to the Cats 4.5 points, so it's an all out effort for the Wildcats to jump ahead of the Dogs in the season long competition.

Final bids for Art on Ice:

Food Drive has a big Prize:
You could win game tickets for the rest of the season by bringing a non-perishable item to Thursday's game. As part of this year's Rivalry Cup competition, the team with the highest number of pounds of donated food will win points toward a Rivalry Cup victory. Beating the Sea Dogs in this competition will mean another point for the Wildcats. Tickets for the Big New Year's Eve game are available at the Coliseum Box Office 506- 857-4100 or on line at www.moncton-wildcats.com
Reader of Coffee Cup wins tickets: The latest winner in a Coffee Cup readers contest is Nadine Bourgeois-Goguen. Nadine correctly answered our question, "Who was the QMJHL defensive player of the week." The correct answer was Cats goalie Shane Owen. Now it's your chance to win: Get the right answer to today's question and win a pair of New Year's Eve game tickets, do you know the name of the League's MVP last season - (here's a hint - he recently returned to the Wildcats). Send your reply to info@moncton-wildcats.com by midnight tonight. The winner will be announced in Thursday's Coffee Cup.
Cat of the Day:
Our salute today goes to all of the students of the five Community Schools who did such an outstanding, creative job with the Art of Ice program. You did your school, your teachers and yourself proud with outstanding work.
