
Carolina RailHawks Win First Scrimmage

North Carolina FC News Release
Cary, NC(Friday, March 21, 2008) - The Carolina RailHawks played their first preseason match Friday night as they hosted the UNC-Greensboro Spartans at WakeMed Soccer Park in Cary. The final score was 5-0 in favor of the Carolina RailHawks as head Coach Scott Schweitzer was able to try out different lineups while trying to fill the last few roster spots in preparation of the 2008 USL-1 Season.
Next the RailHawks will host Campbell University on Tuesday, March 25th at 7:00 PM at WakeMed Soccer Park in Cary. On Friday, March 21st the Carolina RailHawks will face the New York Red Bulls of Major League Soccer at WakeMed Soccer Park at 7:30 PM.
