
Carolina RailHawks Tie Portland Timbers

North Carolina FC News Release
The Carolina RailHawks played the third match in their west coast trip against the Portland Timbers at PGE Park on Sunday night. The Railhawks come out of Portland with one point as they tied the Timbers in a scoreless draw. The Carolina RailHawks played most of the match with 10 men on the field as Jonny Steele got ejected in the 38th minute after earning a second caution. This was also Carolina RailHawks Chris McClellan's fifth clean sheet in nine matches.
The RailHawks return to the Triangle from their first real road trip with four precious points in three games. The Carolina RailHawks will next host the Rochester Rhinos, a team already touted to be their arch-rivals, on Friday June 8th at 7:30 PM at SAS Soccer Park in Cary.
