
Carolina RailHawks Fall to 2007 NCAA Champions Wake Forest 3-2

Cary, NC (Saturday, March 29th, 2008) The Carolina RailHawks hosted the 2007 NCAA Champions Wake Forest University at WakeMed Soccer Park on Saturday night. The final score was 3-2 in favor of the visitors Demon Deacons with goals by Marcus Tracy, Cody Arnoux and Corben Bone for Wake Forest; and Martin Nuñez and Kupono Low for the RailHawks. Coach Schweitzer gave some of the starters from Friday night's contest against Major League Soccer's New York Red Bulls a rest as he tried out different players in preparation of the 2008 USL First Division season.
Next the Carolina RailHawks will have some time to continue training before their next scrimmage on Wednesday, April 9th when the Tar Heels of UNC-Chapel Hill visit WakeMed Soccer Park at 7:00 PM.

The Carolina RailHawks men's team home opener at WakeMed Soccer Park is on April 26th at 7:30 PM against the Charleston Battery. The newly-formed Carolina RailHawks women's professional team will have its home debut on May 16th at 7:30 pm against the Atlanta Silverbacks.
