Carolina Core FC Signs Josuha Rodriguez

HIGH POINT, N.C. - Carolina Core FC today announced that the club has signed forward Josuha Rodriguez to a contract for the 2024 season.

Rodriguez, 19, joins the club after spending the previous season with the Butte United SC. The Honduras native looks to continue his development with Carolina Core FC in its inaugural season.

"Josuha is a local guy that impressed us in every tryout we had," said Head Coach Roy Lassiter. "As a player, we knew he was very consistent, showing a lot of tenacity going forward."

The Durham, NC, local joins CCFC, looking to serve as an attacking threat on the pitch. Rodriguez has an eye for scoring goals and is able to position himself in the attacking third to strike at the right time.

"Going forward, he's very fast and loves to score goals. We feel that with his talent now, by joining us, we can help him continue to grow and develop while also contributing a lot to our team," remarked Lassiter.
