Captains Named for 2006-2007 Las Vegas Gladiator Goddesses

(Las Vegas, NV, October 2, 2006) -Goddesses Manager Mary Vail has named Jamey Dilley, Choreographer and Brena Kautz, Ashley Vail, Jayde Mohammadi and Raegen Pruitt, Captains for the 2006-2007 Las Vegas Gladiator AFL season.
Internationally acclaimed choreographer, Jamey Dilley comes to the Goddesses with over twenty years of dancing and choreography experience from around the globe. Born and raised in Virginia, Jamey has since traveled the world as a professional dancer and choreographer for Broadway shows, cruise ships, theme parks and pageants.
As a young entrepreneur, Dilley opened his own dance studio at the age of 15 and then went on to instruct across the United States and Canada.
Previous dance team experience includes being the choreographer for the University of South Florida Dance Team- The Sun Dolls. Dilley moved to Las Vegas five years ago to perform the swing/understudy role of Pepper in the hit Broadway show Mama Mia and is presently a featured dancer in a major Las Vegas production. As Choreographer and Music Director for the Gladiator Goddesses, Dilley is responsible for developing all dance routines for on and off-the-field performances.
Returning Goddesses Ashley, Brena, Jayde and Raegen take on additional responsibilities as Captains for the 2006-07 season. The appointment as a CAPTAIN is in recognition of their prior reign as a Goddess, as well as their ability to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, responsibility, exceptional talent and courtesy to fellow teammates. In addition to their assigned responsibilities, Captains perform as members of the Dance team as well as act as role models and provide support to the team and staff.
Goddess Ashley - Wardrobe Stylist Born in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, Ashley has lived in Las Vegas for over eleven years. A professional dancer and showgirl in Las Vegas, she can also be seen performing in the RIO Masquerade Show in the Sky, other credits include appearing in BAYWATCH, featured dancer in a music video for The Flaming Lips and a fashion stylist for a Las Vegas based magazine.
Goddess Brena - Production Born in Broomfield, Colorado, Brena is a graduate of the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a degree in Fine Arts/Dance. In addition to being on the dance team, Brena is a showgirl in the RIO Masquerade Show in the Sky.
Goddess Jayde - Presentation and Programming A communications major at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, Jayde also works part time and frequently accepts runway modeling jobs and roles in musicals when time allows. Jayde was also selected as the cover image for the "A Beginner's Mind" CD. She was born in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Goddess Raegen - Dance Camp Coordinator A native of Sandy, Utah, Raegen is a senior at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, majoring in Dance with a minor in Business Management. When she is not performing for the Goddesses or studying, Raegen works part-time for Sig Rogich Communications Group.
