
Caps Fall in Game 2 of Eastern Conference Semis, Turn Focus to Game 3 Tomorrow

The Madison Capitols fell in game 2 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals to the Chicago Steel tonight, 2-0. It's just the 2nd time this season the Capitols have been shutout. Winner of tomorrow night's game 3 will advance to the Eastern Conference Finals.
Chicago scored a pair of second period goals this evening. One on the power play to take a 1-0 lead and the second off a rebound out front. Madison outshot the Steel 26-24 in the contest but was unable to solve Christian Manz tonight.
It's a win or go home situation tomorrow night in game 3. Puck drop is slated for 7:05 p.m.
