
Canucks Re-assign Edler to Moose

Manitoba Moose News Release
The Vancouver Canucks, the NHL affiliate of the Manitoba Moose, announced they have re-assigned defenceman Alex Edler to the Moose.
Edler, 20, appeared in one game after being recalled on Apr. 8/07 at Phoenix. So far this season with Vancouver, Edler has played in 22 games and scored one goal back (Nov. 30/06 vs. Anaheim) as well as collected two assists for three points. Edler has also played in 47 games so far in his rookie pro season with the Moose where he's scored five goals and 21 assists for 26 points and 26 penalty minutes.
Edler was originally Vancouver's third round choice, 91st overall, in the 2004 NHL Entry Draft.
