Canton Charge Home Opener this Saturday

The Canton Charge, presented by SecureData 365 and powered by the Cleveland Cavaliers, will begin their quest towards the NBA Development League Championship when they tip-off the 2014-15 season this Saturday, November 15th at 7:00 p.m. against the Delaware 87ers (Philadelphia 76ers affiliate). With playoff berths in each of the Charge's first three seasons, the team will look to feed off of their home court advantage (46-25 all-time record at the Memorial Civic Center) to start the new campaign on a high note.

The Charge Nation faithful in attendance can look forward to high-energy competition from a roster of new and returning NBA-ready talent. As always, loveable mascot Pozzie, the talented Charge Girls, and the C-Squad will be there to provide the area's most fun and creative value-packed game entertainment for the whole family! A free pregame fanfest for fans of all ages will get underway at 5:00, featuring inflatable games, a DJ, fan photo booth, prizes, and more! All fans in attendance to the game will receive a 2014-15 Canton Charge magnet schedule. After the game, the entire roster of Charge players will be available to meet and greet fans during an autograph session presented by FirstEnergy! The Canton Charge are part of the Cleveland Cavaliers and Quicken Loans Arena organization and also owned by a group led by Cavaliers Majority Owner and Quicken Loans Founder and Chairman Dan Gilbert. The group also owns and operates the Cleveland Gladiators of the Arena Football League and the Lake Erie Monsters of the American Hockey League, both of which play their games at Quicken Loans Arena in downtown Cleveland.
