AKRON, OH - The Akron Aeros home stadium, Canal Park, is a Finalist nominee for Best Stadium in the "Metromix Cleveland's Best of 2010" contest.
Starting Today and ending on the 24th,we ask that all fans take two minutes out of their day and vote on Metromix's website. Get your friends and family to visit the site and vote for Canal Park as well. Individuals are allowed one vote per day in each category during the voting period, so they should check back each day to voice their support.
Since its completion in 1997, Canal Park has been host to not only Akron Aero home games, but events such as high school and college baseball games and the Road Runner Akron Marathon.

All of the winners will be announced the week of January 25th.
The Aeros begin their defense of their 2009 Eastern League Championship on Thursday, April 8th against the Binghamton Mets in Binghamton, NY.
