Canadiens Assign J.T. Wyman To Bulldogs

MONTREAL, QC - Montreal Canadiens General Manager Bob Gainey announced today that forward J.T. Wyman has been assigned from Montreal to the Hamilton Bulldogs.

Wyman, 23, was recalled to Montreal on November 24th and played in three games with the Canadiens but was held pointless. The 6-foot-2, 199-pound right wing has recorded nine points (three goals, six assists) and four penalty minutes in 19 games with the Bulldogs this season. In 2008-2009, the native of Edina, Minnesota played in 52 games with the 'Dogs earning 11 points (six goals, five assists) and eight penalty minutes while also posting eight assists and four penalty minutes in 15 games with the Cincinnati Cyclones of the ECHL. Wyman was drafted in the 4th round, 100th overall by Montreal in the 2004 NHL Entry Draft.

The Bulldogs will meet the Toronto Marlies in back-to-back games beginning on Friday, December 4th with a game at 7:30 p.m. at Copps Coliseum.
