Colonials 3B Billy Mottram went 2-for-4 and hit a two-run homer in Pittsfield's 11-3 win over New Jersey on Monday. Mottram's club went on top, 3-0, in the second inning and never looked back, leading the whole way. Colonials starting pitcher Chad Paronto didn't allow a run until the sixth inning, giving up three in seven innings of work with six strikeouts to earn his seventh win of the season. After Paronto's exit, reliever Chris Rubio threw a perfect two innings with three strikeouts. Batting behind Mottram, Pittsfield 2B Angel Molina went 3-for-5 with a run and an RBI.
