Cam Paddock Recalled By Blues

St. Louis, Mo. (November 13, 2008) -St. Louis Blues President John Davidson announced today that the club has recalled center Cam Paddock from the Blues' American Hockey League affiliate, the Peoria Rivermen.

Paddock, 25, has registered five points (four goals, one assist) for the Rivermen in his first 13 games of the year. He is in his first season with the St. Louis Blues organization after spending the last two seasons with the Phoenix Coyotes AHL affiliate, the San Antonio Rampage.

The North Vancouver, BC native was originally drafted as the Pittsburgh Penguins fifth round selection, 137th overall in the 2002 Entry Draft.

Now in his sixth professional season, Paddock has appeared in 294 games between the AHL (134) and the ECHL (160). Overall he has scored 52 goals and added 78 assists for 130 points with stops in Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, San Antonio and Peoria in the AHL while also seeing time with Wheeling and Phoenix in the ECHL.

Peoria will take on Quad City on Friday from Moline, IL at 7:05 p.m. It will be their fourth meeting of the season and Peoria has taken each of the first three. The game will be broadcast live on Hippie 101.1FM, and online at www.rivermen.net and www.ahllive.com.

The Rivermen will be back at Carver Arena on Saturday to take on the San Antonio Rampage. The game will begin at 7:00 p.m. and the first 5,000 fans will receive a Rivermen Team Calendar.
